What the key tasks will look like

We are looking for an experienced Customer & Digital Transformation Project manager to join our Transformation team. You will join a 16-people team consisting of transformation leads, business analysts, change/lean leads, a BPM expert, a strategy manager and a transformation analyst. Your personal focus will be on managing projects across our digital transformation journey, with a focus on new technologies and customer journeys.

Project Management & Delivery:

  • You will be responsible for scoping, engineering requirements (in collaboration with the BA), planning, creating business cases, problem-solving, and managing risks and issues.
  • You will ensure on-time, in-scope, and within-budget delivery, aligned with requirements.
  • You will structure project implementation according to the Stage Gate Model.
  • You will monitor and report on progress (internally and to the Group) and KPIs.

Stakeholder Management & Communication:

  • You will present to the steerco and ensure the involvement of sponsors and other stakeholders.
  • You will foster efficient collaboration among project team members for successful outcomes.
  • You will plan activities and tasks for stakeholders, focusing on delivery.

Transformation Expertise & Development:

  • You will contribute to the development of our center of excellence for transformation management by actively participating in knowledge sharing and functional domain and role development.

Required skills and competencies

  • Education and experience: Master’s degree in Business, Management, IT, or a related field, with 5+ years in program/project management and a proven track record with successful delivery of transformation projects
  • Structure and result-oriented way-of-working related to project execution
  • Methodologies and background: Knowledge of project management, insurance, business casing, risk management and great problem-solving skills.
  • Communication and Deadline Handling: Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills at different hierarchical levels (from operations to C-level) and in an international context, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
